Milus Skeleton Beauty for Ladies
The Milus Merea “TriRetrograde Seconds Skeleton” watch for ladies has been initially presented at BaselWorld 2007. It followed the success of the brand’s Herios Triretrograde Seconds Skeleton developed for men, an amazingly handsome timepiece launched a year ago.
The TriRetrograde Seconds Skeleton most impressive ladies watch appeared as a result of the increasing interest displayed by the fair sex towards sophisticated horological mechanisms. The Milus mechanical wonder measures 35.8 x 36.8 mm in diameter. Female owners of the timepiece will be able to admire its inner life through the openings in the dial as well as the sapphire crystal window in the case-back.
The elegant three-layer dial is revealed through the slightly curved sapphire crystal. A mother-of-pearl layer displays a colorful kaleidoscope. The upper layer, the filigree, shows oversized numerals created in Art Nouveau styling.
The three seconds hands of silvery tint form the tri-retrograde-function display. The three mother-of-pearl seconds display segments are placed at 6, 10 and 2 o’clock. The hands jump back one after another after 20 seconds to perform a snap back in the most graceful way.
The first hand at 6 o’clock jumps back to the right to the starting point after 20 seconds. Moving clockwise, the next seconds hand positioned at 10 o’clock is followed by the third hand featured at 2 o’clock. These two hands perform the same task as the first hand – they seem to be united in a persistent precision dance. There are two hand-engraved supporting elements advantageously setting the seconds hands off, thus drawing more attention to this remarkable mechanical display.
To make possible the tri-retrograde seconds timing, the Milus watchmakers have equipped the timepiece with an automatic Swiss mechanical movement that comprises an exclusive Milus 2828 module. As mentioned above, the complicated movement is visible through the round-shaped sapphire crystal window in the screw-down case-back.
The 18 carat red or white gold case of the Milus Merea “TriRetrograde Seconds Skeleton” is 30-meters water-resistant. The timepiece goes on a white alligator leather strap that finely completes the elegant look of the watch.
The Milus watch may be chosen as a fine gift for a lady who values items with beautiful outside look and sophisticated inside nature.

I read about this new watch and it’s very interesting, beautiful, and something that i might think of purchasing. i would like to find out more about it and the cost and availability. I have been looking to aquire a new skeleton watch since i lost one several years ago.
My wife has this watch among many other. It is her favorite because it is a beautiful mechanical with an amazing movement that is easy to understand. They are priced well for what they offer. The showroom is in Beverly Hills CA 310-424-5701 507400
The design and easy to understand ???complication?? of this watch makes this a masterpiece for the lady watch connoisseur wanting a Pure Swiss timepiece. It reflects elegance and knowledge of the timepiece world. The automatic TriRetrograde movement is brilliant, featuring 3 sectors of 20 seconds each that count the 20 seconds then flies back, passing the movement to the next 20-second counter. Milus has now added a steel bracelet option for the Merea. It is most divine with the diamond dial, which also features diamonds on the lugs and crown.
